Hi, I'm Paul Hind.
With 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, I set up Amplified Leaders in 2024 with the core aim of improving Leadership Teams in manufacturing, helping them become safer, stronger, and supercharged.
I have a real passion for safety and throughout my 10+ years’ experience as a Plant manager for a Fortune 100 company, I’ve seen the whole spectrum of issues that manufacturers face.
Manufacturing is a simple endeavour... but it’s not easy.
The pressures that Leadership teams and Site Directors face are huge, and as the world becomes more complex, we tend to focus on systems and processes, sometimes at the expense of focusing on our greatest assets... our people.
Allow me to share my experiences (some learned the hard way!) in a fun, interactive, and memorable way. Mixing old school with the new school!
