Paul’s background includes:

  • 30+ years in manufacturing

  • 10+ years as a Plant Manager for a global Fortune 100 company

  • Experience across maintenance, operations, leadership, and continuous improvement

  • A track record of transforming teams and improving performance across multiple sites


This experience shaped his belief that leadership development must be practical, hands‑on, and tailored to the realities of manufacturing.
